About this event

This is an exclusive football event which will see a mixture of ex professional footballers, celebrities, and standard players take to the pitch at Selhurst Park in the aim to win the G.O.S.H cup & the Tik Tok tournament. The aim is to raise as many donations as possible in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital children’s charity. Registered charity no.1160024. This event will be covid secure ensuring government social distancing guidelines are in place as per the instructions that will be set out on Gov.Uk, in addition to the measures that have been put in place by Crystal Palace F.C (please note the Covid-19 player and supporter guidelines in section 19 may be applicable at the time of the event date). 

 

Ticket purchase sales are the purchase of one adult or one child seat randomly allocated across the stadium. On the day stadium staff will advise you of your designated seats. Any child ticket purchased must be accompanied by an adult ticket. Groups may be advised to be sat together adhering to any government social distancing guidelines that maybe in place at the time of the event date. Please note that 6.5% of the ticket value and 0.49p per ticket will go to Eventbrite, with the remaining proceeds going towards in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s charity. Registered charity no.1160024. Early bird ticket offering will go on sale on Monday 7th February 2022 and will end on Monday 28th February 2022. During the early bird ticket offer prices will be £10 per adult & £5 per under 16’s. From Tuesday 1st March the ticket prices will increase to £12 per adult & £7 per under 16’s.The gates to the stadium open at 1.30pm on the day of the Goals 4 Gosh event. All supporters must exit the stadium by 10.00pm. There is no parking at the stadium for supporters. Street parking surrounding the stadium is available for supporters. Limited confectionary food and drinks are available to purchase (only via card payment). No drinks or food is permitted to be brought into the stadium. For disabled access to the stadium please refer to the stadium guidelines https://www.cpfc.co.uk/tickets/supporters-with-disabilities/ . The stadium will have a security and steward system in place. 

 

 

1.     The promoter of this fundraising event is Funeral Partners Ltd, on behalf of Gillman Funeral services, Pinks Funeral directors, Doves Funeral directors, Steven Mears Funeral directors, and A Yeatman & Sons Funeral directors. Funeral Partners are the promoter of any raffle draws.

 

 

 

2.​Donate to play â€“ A suggested Â£200 donate to play donation at the home of Crystal Palace F.C have limited spots available in the squads. All interested participants should show their interest by emailing goals4gosh@gmail.com  the selected players will be chosen by a panel from the Funeral Partners team & The Goals 4 G.O.S.H team. Any interested participants should express their interest by 11pm Thursday 31st March 2022. The selected participants must be available to play on the 24th  May 2022 & be aged 18 or over. The selected participants will play anything from 15 minutes to 90 minutes of the match. The selected participants will be contacted by a member of the Funeral Partners team. Any persons playing in the match must follow the covid-19 guidelines set out by Crystal Palace F.C, failure to comply will leave the person unable to play (this can be seen on the Covid-19 player & supporter guidelinesin section 19). The donation should then be made to the donation platform page as advised by the Goals 4 Gosh team. The donation page advised has been set up for the Great Ormond Street Hospital children’s charity. Registered charity No. 1160024. Once the donation has been verified your place will be confirmed. You will be given a reference code to use by the Funeral Partners team member which will enable the organisers to track the donation made.

 

 

3.​The raffle draw is open to UK residents only, excluding those who may have a professional association with Funeral partners which includes, but may not be limited to, colleagues, families/friends of colleagues, third party agents or anyone else connected with Funeral Partners in a professional capacity. Anyone who is interested in the sponsorship opportunities and would like further clarification on the commitment then this can be discussed by emailing goals4gosh@gmail.com

4.​To play a part in the exclusive one of football match you must be 18 or over. 

 

5.   Any personal data captured by Funeral Partners will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations.

 

6.   Any match day sponsors, and player sponsors have various benefits for each package as stated in the match day and player sponsor advert. All sponsorships should be paid via the Eventbrite Goals 4 G.O.S.H page in the tickets section. Please note that 6.5% of the sponsor ticket value and an additional 49p per ticket will go to Eventbrite, with the remaining proceeds going towards in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital children’s charity. Registered charity No. 1160024.  If the sponsor package includes the chance for an employee to play a part in the exclusive match at the home of Crystal Palace F.C they will play anything from 15 minutes to 90 minutes of the match. Any persons playing in the match must follow the covid-19 guidelines set out by Crystal Palace F.C, failure to comply will leave the person unable to play (please note the Covid-19 player & supporterguidelines in section 19).

 

7.  In the event that this exclusive match has to be cancelled to due coronavirus reasons/restrictions, or by Crystal Palace F.C, the monies that have been      raised will still be used. Any purchased tickets and selected sponsorships will be carried forward for when the event can take place. All sales and sponsors will be non - refundable.

 

 

 

8.   Funeral Partners reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

 

 

9.   Insofar as is permitted by law, Funeral Partners, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it may be caused by the negligence of Funeral Partners, its agents or distributors or that of its. 10.   Funeral Partners reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

 

11. Player and supporter Covid-19 guidelines, please see below:

 

For all players and spectators:

• Temperature may be asked to be checked on arrival to ensure it is lower than 37.5 degrees Celcius. If it is higher you will not be admitted.

• All players may be required (players only) to complete a health questionnaire within 72 hours before arrival.

• All spectators may be asked to use NHS Covid app check-ins upon arrival.

• Any insurance you wish to have in relation to this event, must be taken out personally.

• Face coverings may be advised to be worn by spectators and players (when not changing or playing) in the stands and internally.

• Spectators to sit in designated seating areas.

 

The above may differ from what is set out at the time of the event (24th May 2022) to reflect the current guidance set by the government & Crystal Place F.C at the time in relation to the coronavirus guidelines.
